Back to the sander. Quality control is a bit upset with the short drying time before the sander!

Then the long process of shaping tips by hand, quality control usually sleeps through this. I got to take a coffee break!

Moving along pretty good.

Nothing wrong with using hand tools. I find myself doing that at times.
