One thing I can say for pink; it shows up under foliage better than any other color I've used while stumping. Orange is OK during summer months, but in fall...forget it!

I will try to snap a pic in sunlight. It's most definitely orange!

Seems to me...if a feller did his cap dip first, then oriented and glued the nock on...he could dip the rest of the arrow a solid color then do the cresting and feathers and get the grain oriented correctly.
Anyone ever try it this way?
Biggest reason for orienting the grain is so if the arrow splits on the grain, it won't run your hand thru... *ouch*

I sorta like the whole painted arrow thing; looks retro to me.

Here's a set on eBay as an example:

Like I said...orange.

I really love the color scheme on these. Wish I knew the maker...?

I was actually surprised to find these arrows spining out at 45# on my home-made Rube Goldberg spine checker. I used to shoot them out of my Pearson Super-Jet, 35#...pretty stiff for that bow!

Idk...I think its pretty common to see a bow shooting the next spine up over their marked weight.

That is a pretty arrow...you should copy it.
