Tag soup tastes good if you had some fun experiences making it. If we wanted venison soup so bad we would use boomsticks.

  Yeah I'm told I'm weird often, well, at best I'm called weird. Most of my pleasure in the task is having fun toys to do the job. Also, shooting the bull with a helper is a lot of fun too.

I think I found a clone of Mohawks doing deer...

Says he's from OH, but might be our buddy in disguise...

 dang he's fast! I would need some trash removed from that pile before I was done with it though. I hate deer fat and there's some trimming to be done. However, that guy sure cleaned up those bones in a fantastic way!

Good one! I was encouraged to wear rubber gloves when cutting up deer...pfftttt... always ended up nicking them and for bacterial prevention, it was useless..helped me grip my Criscoed meat better, but even going way slower, somewhere in trimming fat and blue skin, I'd nick myself...

With all the blood, who'd know? :)
