A fine young man

#1 Post by Graps »

Was at a Native American get together today and met a very nice young man that was carving walking sticks .
He had some arrowheads that he had napped himself .
I told him they were very nice . And he told me that he just started doing it a month ago .
I asked him if he was into traditional archery , but he wasn't .
I told him he could make his own arrows and put the stone points on them .
He lit up , eyes wide open and said that would be neat but he had no idea where to learn that stuff .
We talked about a self bow ....
So I told him about Tradhunter and if he shows up , let's get him going .
I sure hope he does . He doesn't live very far from me and I offered to get together with him and teach him how to shoot .
I sure hope this seed sprouts and grows .

Excellent! Well done, spending the trad seeds! It would be an honor to have him among our ranks!
