Here are my 2 Kmags. One is a 64-68 model and is 60#. The other is a late 70's model that is 45x#, marked 48# under the strike plate. I prefer the older 1964-68 model, nicer looking wood and i like the grayish green glass more than the bright green. The handle shape is more contoured to fit your hand also.

Think I might like to pick up a K-mag or a K-hunter.
Which one you guys prefer?

Have any of you had any experience with the Bear Cub? There's one at my local bow shop and it's pretty sweet looking; but I can't seem to find any info on it...it doesn't say Kodiak Cub, just Cub. Also a HC-30 Tamerlane with sights for $350 (Canadian). Good price, but out of my range.
Also found a Sears Ptarmigan by Bear on an online classified...never heard of it, but it looks like my Grizzly

I still have my Bear Cub that I hunted with before I got my K-Mag .
They are a neat bow but mine is only 36#@28 .
In fact I used that bow when I did my archery merrit badge .
