Its that time of year again. Our season starts in about 2 weeks. So this is my 2019 post. Look forward to pretty much the same post types as last year. Hopefully with a buck this year. I will lead up to season with some pics and preparation photos. Gear, pack, clothes etc. . Maybe a few dove pictures also.

I look forward to following you around on your hunts through this thread! I may get inspired and do one myself, it’s a good idea, especially for us old folks who can’t remember last season! 😂 That would give us old timers a written record.

I'm putting in my application for Illinois Beach State Park tomorrow. Will see if I draw a permit this year...

checked a trail camera. Lots of does, but not much worth posting as for antlers. I know ya cant eat antlers, but I sure like looking at them.
