The only thing I can think of is the fact that I was having trouble getting the upper bolts through the holes on the form when was putting it together so I went with a slightly thinner bolt to get better alignment.Not a whole lot smaller but maybe it was stretching the form open further when I was airing up the hose.That's all I can think of.That one area was like it had no glue at all in it.

Ouch, hate that Larry!
Don’t toss it too quick. When your not working on another bow you can work on this one and try to redeem it. Sometimes when you cut out the sight window and grip area it can look better inside. I use these as teaching tools in spare time. You have been doing good so don’t be discouraged.

Larry you are doing awesome!!! Thanks for sharing both successes and failures! I should be starting my second attempt at my first bow next month.
