I have multiple interests so it can get costly. Went to the WoodWorkers Sourse for some Baltic Birch plywood I needed. Ended up with it and two pieces of curly Maple. I don’t even care that much for Maple but those two boards looked good. About a $100 by the time I left, the plywood was $23.

I'm going straight in after what I need.......(minutes later) What the?!?!?,,,,I haven't seen one of those THAT dang cheap for years!,,,, better get one, or two just in case, cause I'm not finding a better deal anytime soon.........(moments later) HEY! They actually HAVE one of those??? GOT to have it, can't get it anywhere else, but that's it no more buying except what I came for.......... (seconds later) I didn't even know that thing existed!,,,,Do you realize how much easier it would make my life, to have one of them? I can't justify NOT getting it, I AM here and I can squeeze the money, it will more then pay for its self in under a year!....... ( suddenly) What was it I came in here for? :?

So I get an email from Rockler Woodworking. I see a clamp on sale. Pretty soon it’s that clamp plus a dovetail jig for the router, then a couple templates. Then another email about a class on how to use that jig. Let’s say $300 in about an hour!! Funny, wife didn’t bat an eye, “go for it”. Should I be suspicious?
