All I was after was snaps

#1 Post by Graps »

The wife and I went to Tandy Leather today.
I needed some more snaps that I use on knife sheath.
Oh, I don't have any nickel snaps, oh, the veg tanned shoulder are on sale .
Wow, I found a great full deer hide, I need one of those too.
Long story short, the snaps I went to get cost me almost $250.00
What can I say......

Did you get the veg tanned single shoulders for 32 bucks? I'm thinking about ordering a few more :) maybe a beveler too.

I got a 7oz. Premium double shoulder, $105.
I like the premium because I don't get areas that are messed up with wrinkles and clamp marks. It tools nicer too, the thickness is very even, so like if your doing a basket weave, it comes out even.

No, he just mentioned a woman running into a shoe store.
Probably wrecked the car too.
I ran into a bar once.
Had a knot on my forehead for a week.

Remind me never to send you to the store for me Graps. Lol
I always end up needing more when I get into those places that have the handy stuff.

That's why the saying goes "I ducked into a bar"...
You're supposed to duck.
