I can't disagree with you. Many times it seems as if they have run out of things to talk about so they invent things.
Which is one of the reasons I had for wanting to discuss some of the articles.

regardless of who does and doesn't subscribe to the magazine. do as you did with the straight fletch. just summarize what you read, create a topic and get feedback from members. we don't have to subscribe to a magazine to participate in discussion, just make the topic/post and lets talk.
