Maybe it’s time for a new bow?

Maybe it’s time for a new bow?

#1 Post by Carpdaddy »

Since this one blew up at full draw today? I’m thinking that leaving it strung in a hot garage in near 100 degree temperatures may not be the best idea! Got by a lot of years though. Not today. Thankfully it only hurt my pride and slightly slapped d me.

Ouch, glad you didn't get hurt. You needed something to do anyway.

I had to jerk another one off the wall, little heavier weight, wheels are turning on new limbs!

Wow! But, you need to move that rack from the garage to inside the house. This isn't the first case I've heard of where excessive temps have caused bow failures.
