Jamesh76 2022 hunting adventures

#1 Post by Jamesh76 »

Well here we go 2022 hunt along. Went out once for dove, got 4. September 24, Antelope starts. Here are a couple aerials of a solar powered well with a water tank and pond, and another pond used for irrigation. We will have blinds set up on these. Depending on temperature we will evaluate hunting them. It is 97/105 heat index today just South of Goodland KS and no wind.

I can't wait! Hopefully it will have cooled off some by then. Looks like a honey-hole setup...they gotta go somewhere for water.

Starting to pack things and get my clothes all together. Need to dig out and check the ground blinds. Evaluate which chairs to take. Get coolers cleaned and sorted etc. been shooting broadheads and field points. 1 of each. It’s getting closer. Deer season opened today, probably won’t go until I’m back from my antelope hunt. Might try for some duck Saturday morning with my so. We will see.

That's way to much jerky for one trip, maybe you should send some my way.
