Re: Hello from central Illinois
Welcome from Charleston, SC. Nice bows. I've always loved the looks of those BP Sovereigns, but I've never shot one.

Re: Hello from central Illinois
New stuff! I built the cardboard backstop at work. Cost me about 22 bucks, a few hours, and a couple days of rescuing boxes destined for the trash room. Got the like new cartel fantom off trad talk with a shibuya plunger and big fleece back quiver shipped for 155 dollars. Grabbed a string and sf archery shorts 22# on clearance for 70 bucks or so from Lancaster. This bow is mostly for my girlfriend, who is 5' maybe, and my kids who are 10 and 12. But it's really for me. I also put a cheap sight on my optimus just to try it out and I like it for the time being. I'm shooting from about 15-18 yards as the fenced portion of our (her) yard is 62'. I'm happy with my progress, and my stuff, and just wanted to share.

Very nice, a great idea to have the tree as a double duty backstop as well.
