A little tennis ball walk around

#1 Post by jaydee2trad »

Got in a little bit of tennis ball walk around. chasing a tennis with my longbow. Using field points, mainly because of their weight but I prefer blunts. There is no doubt when you hit the ball, a direct hit usually ends up with full penetration. Otherwise, that ball is going somewhere fast. I pretty much shoot unknown distances for practice and this is good practice. tennis balls are cheap and last fairly long or at least until you get zoned in on them. I used to shoot foam cups from a tree stand in the yard but that was making a mess. and it is just fun, even the wife enjoys doing it. can't wait to sit in a stand for real.
